Microsoft – Cloud CRM for Less Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Valid until 30 June 2012. For a limited time, get AUD $187 for each Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online User Subscription licence you acquire (minimum of 30 and maximum of 500) for at least two years between 7 February 2012 and 30 June 2012.

This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions and all participants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Promotion Description:
During the term of this promotion, companies without an existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online subscription shall receive AUD $187 for each Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online User Subscription licence that a company acquires through a qualifying licensing program. Customers can purchase subscriptions through three licensing programs: 1. Web Self Service Program, 2. Microsoft Online Services Program, and 3. Volume Licensing Enterprise Agreement.

Promotion Eligibility:
Companies must acquire between thirty (30) and five hundred (500) Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online User Subscription licences to participate. Companies must commit to a minimum of a two (2) year Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Subscription licence contract for each Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Subscription licence for which you receive AUD $187 under this promotion. Any Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Subscription licences that are terminated by a company prior to the two (2) year subscription minimum will require that the company pay back the full amount you received under this promotion for each Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Subscription licence terminated.

Eligibility Limitations:
This promotion is only available to companies whose place of business is in Australia. Companies that already have a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online User Subscription as at the effective date of this promotion are not eligible to participate. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online purchases contracted under a Campus and School Agreement (CASA) do not qualify. Due to government gift and ethics laws, Government agencies (including but not limited to military and public education institutions) are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Duration:
This promotion is valid from 8:00AM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on February 7, 2012 through 11:59PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on June 30, 2012, unless terminated earlier in Microsoft’s sole discretion.

Promotion Procedures:
Companies can participate in this promotion by visiting http://www.cloudcrmforless.com and completing the online application form within 45 days of acquiring your qualifying Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Subscription licenses. Please allow approximately three (3) months for fulfillment.
Please note that the bank account details will only be used to transfer money. It is the responsibility of the company to provide correct banking details. The promoter is not responsible for any delays in payment or errors due to factors outside of its reasonable control, including delays or errors in the financial system or errors in the supplied account details. The company accepts this as a condition of this promotion. If incorrect banking details are provided by a company and a trace is required to locate funds there will be a charge (which varies by banking institution) which will be payable by the company.

Promotion Limitations:
This promotion is limited to companies located in Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and member states of the European Union that acquire a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 500 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Subscription licences. This promotion is non-transferable and is cannot be combined with other Microsoft rebates or offers. Microsoft reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without notice, however all eligible claims submitted for the promotion prior to the termination of the promotion will be fulfilled. Taxes and payment related costs (i.e. wire transfer fees), if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. For companies located in Australia, Canada and Mexico, the laws of the country where you are located govern this promotion, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of the country where you are located. For companies located in member states of the European Union, this promotion is governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Ireland.
