Client Access Licences(CAL)

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for On-premises is licensed using a Server/CAL (Client Access Licence) model. A CRM server licence is required for each running instance of the software, and CALs are required for each person or device accessing a CRM Server.

Employee Self Service (ESS) CAL

The ESS CAL addresses the licensing requirements for light user scenarios of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
