The SaaS Readiness Self-Assessment is a self-qualification survey and toolset that allows ISVs to rate themselves along a number of business and technology readiness best practices and key success factors. It will help you to understand best practices and point out the areas where you are least mature so that you can focus resources on achieving the best possible outcome. It will also provide recommendations for making improvements and access to knowledge-based resources and materials.

You can choose to complete a light and quick survey that encompasses 8 questions, or more detailed surveys ranging from 10 to 20 questions. A score based on your responses will be provided to you on completion of the questions. Following completion, consultants will also be available discuss your results with you and to talk about your specific issues and challenges during a 2 hour tele-consultation.

The SaaS Readiness Self-Assessment is not intended to be a one-time event. Using the Self-Assessment Manager (SAM), you will be able to continuously assess yourself as you begin to make improvements and enjoy the benefits of the ISV SaaS Readiness program.  A dashboard containing your all self-assessment responses over time will enable you to keep track of your progress as you start to develop and implement focused strategies and action plans.
