https://signin.crm.dynamics.com/Portal/signin/signin.aspx

Streamline and fine-tune your business process management and keep everyone connected to each other and the information they need.

Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM adds advanced workflow management capabilities, from a wizard that empowers your team to create workflow solutions without requiring access to your server, to making it easy to share data between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and your other systems and line of business applications.

Better workflow systems create better, more responsive employees—and improved productivity. And that gives your business a real competitive edge.

Workflow Features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Support for the Windows Workflow Foundation (WF):
Get a single standard for workflows across systems. For example, the creation of a customer quote document in a Microsoft Office SharePoint Server document library could launch a workflow that executes actions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Web-based workflow wizard:
Allow data management automation by capturing best practice tasks in workflows with this unique Web-based wizard. Processes can then be easily shared with other users.

Workflow events:
Create custom workflow rules with triggers based on any business event or period of time. Automatically create tasks when workflow rules are triggered.

User/group workflow:
Define and indicate required actions at opportunity, individual or team level. Two types of workflows, standard and staged help refine tasks.

Workflow templates:
Use Visual Studio to create new workflow systems graphically and with more flexibility. Store workflows in common XML language. Team, division, and system workflow libraries make workflows easier to store and find.

"The Microsoft system drives our business process and increases success. For example, for every call made to a customer, the account manager must enter an outcome and then select a next step. There are a number of steps that can be selected, but it’s all leading to a single point. This allows us to work with great purpose."  - Neil Baillie, Managing Director of Global Advertising Products
